Refund & Return Policy

At Aut Pakistan, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Refund/Exchange:

• Product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

• Customers must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund (if approved) within 3–5 business days.

Please note: Change-of-mind returns are not accepted after dispatch.
